DETOXING - day 2

Today time passes really fast.. or maybe i overslept? LOL i woke up at around 5pm.. then watch a few episode of HOW I MET YOUR MOTHER and it reaches to around 10 something.. i ate watermelon for breakfast and garlic bun with curry chicken for dinner.. LOL its kinda abit heavy for dinner but is okay.. i only ate 1 meal.. but tml will be getting harder d.. LOL only a bit bit of food allow and lotsa fruits and veges.. and sadly i'm not a vege person.. ='( but who cares.. i'm gonna give it a shot! so this few days what i've been doing is i watch alot of youtube video.. and i found a website blog which is http://www.frmheadtotoe.com/ is really awesome.. first of all the girl who owns the website jen; she is so pretty and most of her video or things she post on her blog are all very useful for girls.. she have tutorials for make up, nails and whole lots of things for girls to learn.. do check her out if u girls out there are interested.. :D

DETOXING - day 1

Today i finally started detoxing.. i feel like blogging here so dat everytime i look at my blog i wun give up! LOL btw detoxing is actually a great way to achieve optimal health so indirectly it will help me to lose weight and its also help to improve my health.. i've been sleeping late and eating all those unhealthy food dat make me feel sick.. sometimes i really feel my body is very weak and i dunno i just feel my body is not right.. so i decided to detox.. anyway today is my first day of detoxing.. it wasn't dat bad.. LOL i went jogging 8am with terry and we have our fruit breakfast at the juice place.. then we headed home to bath and everything then go for our lunch.. LOL we had our lunch in KFC.. crazzy rite? but the first day we can still eat 2/3 of our daily food.. so its okay! hahaha anyway hopefully tml everything will follow the plan.. =)) i just hope this time i can nail it!! hahahaha :D

Lol i finally get to taste raja uda tom yam thanks to victor.

hahaha kinda embarassed coz is late night so we have to rush and everything but the tomyam was good!

The tom yam shop is just very normal kopitiam but is nice u get to choose wat u want in ur tomyam.

 

 mine; fish, abalone pieces, meat and tau kua =))

 his wan more special is tomyam porridge..

it taste different but is nice..

Lol our tomyam cost Rm22..

mine rm8 and his rm14

the price bit costly but not badla..

worth trying the porridge tom yam =)

 I love this so much.. but i forgot what is it called d.. 

but is really nice especially those fresh cream and ice cream fillings pancakes.

 If not mistaken this is call sunburst..

they marinated the lamb and it taste good! =)

After dinner at crepes we went to straits quay for drinks and poker nights!

LOL i just realise i haven't been blogging for 6 months+.. haha time flies.. 

and in this 6 months there is alot of happy and sad moment but one thing that keeps me happy is that i always have good good friends around me and that is something i really cherish! ;))

Awesome meet up with EDC Alvin Tham =)

Today last minute diamond text my bro that alvin will be in penang for a few hours before his flight back to KL.. hahaha i was so happy coz me and my bussiness patner finally had chance to meet him personally.. so we ended up meeting him in coffee island.. and its was greeeeattttt!!! Thank god today i had the chance to listen to how he handle people and his sharing of how he get this far.. he is really a very smart guy.. from the way he say things i'm just amaze.. how i wish i could be like him someday and that time i will be super rich! =)

He share with us about the 7 value which is the beauty of this business.. money, time, happy, freedom, hope, family and reward. He is actually a business man.. he used to own 5 travel agencies and he is rich but he dun have the other 6 value.. therefore he choose this business because he sees the value.. there is once when he fall sick and he couldn't go to work.. and he realise if one day anything happen to him whats gonna happen to his family.. because in traditional business no work means no income.. then he started to venture into this business because if today anything were to happen to him at least his income will still pass on to his family.. =)

And as you can see its really a great opportunity for people like me who is just a student that haven even graduate diploma to know great business people like them.. for example, EDC alvin, Diamond vincent who is a kulim property developer and DD winnie yap which is a famous BM tuition teacher and she recently got awarded for being top ten entrepreneur in malaysia.. It's really a wonderful experience to gain knowledge from these successful people.. =)=)

I went down to alor star today for prospecting.. and i'm going down again on wednesday to follow people there.. =) anyway if u guys happen to see my blog this are a few picture of my make up photo for day and night. This 5/9/10 i will be attending the make up show organize by my make up teacher. he will be showing how to draw day and night make up. Beside that, there will also be Q&A session for those who have problems or want to understand further about make up. And the best thing is the ticket is only RM10!!! hahahaha personally i feel is too cheap.. but anyway if anybody interested then just facebook me. =)

And i realise my skin got better after following what angie said.

my pimple slowly go down and my skin texture are smoother. 

Beside that i realise my face easier to put on make up. =)

i just put a layer of foundation nia..=)

Recently, i just attended DD seminar in SP, cinta sayang golf resort.. It was an opportunity to learn the tips to success by the sharing of so many leaders such as from hong kong; yong tai. She is a very powerful business woman.. you will be shock to see her recognition in hong kong.. Below is just a preview how we invite her on stage to share with us her wonderful business experience..
